This are the same methods that I’ve used to help thousands in private and group sessions to break the cycle of addiction. Also, it’s been:

  • successfully integrated at world-class addiction treatment centers for 13 years

  • used in private & group practices for over two decades

  • taught as a complete course to Masters level Chinese Medicine students at University

  • presented to thousands of medical and mental health professionals through lectures, presentations, speaking engagements, as well as continuing education classes.

For us here and now, the work is presented in a step-by-step, easy to understand, go at your own pace, program - which you can find in The Circle. This is a resource for us to use however it best fits into your recovery.

So, whether we’re exploring different topics, explaining perspective changes or undertaking experiential practices, you will have a clear and systematized way to move through the stages of your recovery.

3 STEPS: SCHEDULED, CONSISTENT & CLEAR

1 SCHEDULED: Keeping it simple

We make a clear and realistic schedule to meet by Zoom. We have one hour private sessions, in which the day and time are agreed upon in advance by us both.

2 CONSISTENT: 30 or 90-Day Packages

We make a commitment to each other for a period of time that feels right. Working in 30 or 90-day packages provides you with accountability and support, and the structure let’s you focus on the deep issues of recovery.

3 INVESTMENT: Clear & upfront

Prices are dependent upon the number of private sessions per week with a discount given on the 90-Day packages. A detailed chart can be found below. Custom packages can be created, as well as in-person intensives, for those with this desire. Also, there are a limited number of sliding scale openings that are granted upon request, need and availability.

Credit card and direct payments are securely processed through Paypal, Zelle and Stripe.

Customized plans can be crafted to go deep fast. We work together for a short and intense period of time, which is usually designed for a specific goal. If this sounds like you…

 FAQs

  • You believe in science? Wonderful! Bring that curiosity, apply that logic, and conduct your experiments while exploring the realms of the shaman!

  • Personally, I was exactly the same, which is why I’ve made every exercise, in every Lesson, provide tangible results that are immediately applicable to your situation.

  • If you’ve got other support, awesome! First, because The Program provides a spiritual perspective on addiction, these time-proven ways of breaking patterns can fill-in-the-blanks of whatever you’re already doing.

Second, it keeps you involved between sessions. You’ll have extra support and as much engagement as you want through the exercises and material.

Third, if your practitioner and you would like, you can do the exercises together with your therapist during a session. These methods support synergy, where the end product is more powerful than the sum of its parts.

  • This work is not taken from, related to or based upon AA in any way. That said, it brings insight and healing to anyone—whether or not you are working the Steps on your own, with your sponsor or in a study group.

  • Absolutely not. As a mater of fact, the work is designed to strengthen whatever spiritual connections you currently have.

  • The first thing we do is explore exactly what you mean by the words, terms and concepts around this loaded subject. We eliminate any confusion, release the baggage, and get on the same page to tackle the problems that you have (regardless of labels and free from rigid rules).

  • Absolutely not. We only work with your helping and compassionate spirits.

As a matter of fact, many have spoken about how their active addiction attracted “dark energies,” and now there is the clear intention and The Program’s direction—leading you into the light of healing.

  • Three main points:

    1. It honors the fact that you are unique and will have your own specific issues that need to be addressed. At the same time, there are universal laws that apply to everyone regardless of who you are, where you come from and the specifics of your addiction. The Path’s work acknowledges and embraces this paradox to deliver the medicine that is right for you.

    2. We follow 3 simple principles, each with their own clear, plain-English model that walks you from point A to point B, then all the way to success at point Z. The work is evident and laid out before you.

    3. It integrates with your religion and other therapies—or provides a completely new spiritual path. This means it works with whatever belief system you already have; there is nothing for you to change except the old, outdated models of protection that perpetuate addiction.

  • Finding connections to others is one of the most important aspects of recovery. Finding, establishing and maintaining a relationship to spirit opens doors where there were no doors before. We explore how others have made these part of their recovery Medicine through: movement, travel, ancestry, writing, volunteering, food, teaching, podcasts, books, online groups, and so much more. You’ll find something—and others—that are right for you.

  • Absolutely. It’s an ongoing and continuous Practice. We follow a map of integration, which anchors the healing at every step and encompasses the whole person—mental, spiritual, emotional and physical.
